Craig is a board-certified DUI defense specialist who has served as lead counsel in more than 100 jury trials taken to verdict. He also teaches trial advocacy at criminal defense seminars.

Jonathan is the firm’s managing attorney and a board-certified DUI defense specialist. His background includes service as a Maricopa County Deputy Attorney and Assistant Arizona Attorney General.

Dave Smith defends clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges, with an emphasis on DUI defense. His experience includes managing criminal cases and preparing defenses for trial, and he graduated cum laude from Phoenix School of Law.

Vicki is a certified Criminal Law Specialist whose practice includes misdemeanors and serious felonies, including homicide and sex offenses. Her background includes public defense, trial work, and teaching other criminal defense attorneys.

Joshua defends clients in DUI, vehicular crime, drug offense, and other criminal matters, including ongoing investigations. He emphasizes helping clients understand their cases from the investigation stage through trial and beyond.

Angela’s experience spans criminal trials, appeals, and post-conviction relief, including habeas corpus proceedings. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws from the University of Arizona.

Rachelle is a certified Criminal Law Specialist with experience in more than 90 jury trials. Her work includes DUI and other criminal cases, as well as representation during investigations before charges are filed.

Lucas began his career at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office handling serious felony cases. His practice also includes misdemeanor defense, and he earned his law degree at Arizona State University.

Blake handles DUI defense, misdemeanor and felony cases, and appellate matters. His training includes standardized field sobriety testing and hands-on coursework in blood testing for alcohol and drugs.

Craig Penrod is a certified Criminal Law Specialist focused on DUI and vehicular crime defense. His experience includes challenging breath and blood testing procedures and providing expert testimony in DUI cases.

William defends clients facing charges ranging from DUI and misdemeanors to serious felonies. Before joining Rosenstein Law Group, he owned and operated his own law firm for more than 15 years.

Cara represents people under investigation or charged with felonies in Arizona Superior Courts. Her experience also includes post-sentencing relief, such as sentence modifications, early probation termination, set-asides, and record sealing.

Rebecca is a former Maricopa County public defender with experience in misdemeanor and felony defense. Her work includes courtroom advocacy and coordinating with investigators, health care professionals, and others involved in a client’s case.

Steven’s practice spans criminal defense, appeals, and legislative advocacy. Alongside his courtroom work, he has drafted criminal justice legislation and testified before the Arizona House and Senate.

Amanda’s criminal defense background includes DUI defense, public defense, and teaching trial advocacy. She previously led the University of Arizona’s Criminal Defense Clinic and served as training director for the Pima County Public Defender’s Office.

Ron has practiced law in Arizona since 1986, with a background in public defense and private criminal defense practice. His experience includes representing clients facing misdemeanor and serious felony charges.

Lesley oversees firm operations and supports the attorneys, staff, and clients at Rosenstein Law Group. Her background includes work as a paralegal and ongoing training in DUI and criminal law.
