We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional content.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You consent to receive text messages from the Firm when you (a) provide your mobile number through one of our intake forms, our client portal, a signed engagement letter, or directly to a member of our staff, and (b) affirmatively indicate that you wish to receive text messages from us.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of legal representation or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on the activity of your matter. You should expect to receive messages only as needed for the purposes listed in Section 1.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Rosenstein Law Group does not charge you for participating in the program, but your wireless carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
This program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After we receive your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you further texts as part of the program unless you re-enroll. You can re-enroll at any time by contacting our office. You may also opt out by contacting the Firm directly using the contact information in Section 9.
For help, reply HELP to any message we send you, or contact the Firm using the information in Section 9.
Your phone number and the content of your text communications with the Firm are confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
