Joshua Sene

Attorney at Law

Facing criminal charges can be the worst time in a person’s life. This is why Joshua takes the time to know and understand his clients, regardless of the type of charges they face.

Determined to represent those who cannot represent themselves at an early age, Joshua’s upbringing emphasized serving the less fortunate and helping those in need. Joshua has served both Hawaii’s and Arizona’s underrepresented communities in both criminal and non-criminal matters. During law school, Joshua served as an intern for the Hawai’i Innocent Project, a non-profit organization advocating for individuals who have been wrongfully convicted in State and federal courts.

Currently, Joshua’s areas of practice include misdemeanors, DUI’s, vehicular crimes, drug offenses, felonies, and ongoing criminal investigations.

Joshua knows that legal advocacy is not merely confined within the courtroom. In-depth knowledge of the law and trial skills are simply not enough, which is why Joshua takes pride in thoroughly educating his clients throughout all facets of the case: from the investigation phase, up until trial and beyond. Hands-on representation requires a persistent level of commitment that entails walking a client through the process and ensuring that he or she is fully aware of each step. This is the attitude Joshua employs with each client he represents.

When you or your loved one needs diligent representation, Joshua has the experience and track record to handle the case.

When away from the office, Joshua spends time with his wife, Andrea, taking his sons for walks, and playing with his German Shepard, Remi.
