Brian Kelley is a distinguished criminal attorney, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and a unique perspective to the Rosenstein Law Group. With an eight-year tenure in the United States Army, Brian’s professional journey is rooted in discipline, dedication, and a profound commitment to service.

A standout graduate from the University of Massachusetts with a major in criminal justice and a minor in psychology, Brian’s passion for the legal field was ignited during his undergraduate tenure and while interning at the Suffolk County Probation Department. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in law, a journey that culminated at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he earned his Juris doctorate.

Brian’s legal skills were refined through an internship with the Tempe Prosecutor’s Office, providing him with invaluable insights and trial experience under the guidance of seasoned mentors. Subsequently, he served as a prosecutor for several years at the nation’s third-largest prosecuting agency, honing his skills in trial advocacy, legal research, and negotiations. He has a reputation amongst prosecutors and defense attorneys for his professionalism and legal prowess.

Now an integral part of the Rosenstein Law Group, Brian manages a diverse portfolio of misdemeanor and felony cases. His unique ability to approach cases from both prosecution and defense perspectives sets him apart, allowing him to tailor strategies that leverage his comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.

When he’s not working, Brian enjoys traveling and watching sports. Originally from Boston, he now resides in the Phoenix Metro area. Despite his enduring allegiance to his Boston teams, he now calls Arizona home and roots for his local teams.
