Craig Rosenstein was welcomed into the American Society of Legal Advocates (ASLA) earlier this year as a Top 40 Criminal Defense Lawyer Under 40 in the state of Arizona. This award is given out to lawyers who have demonstrated leadership and success early in their careers, and who foster growth in the legal profession by upholding the highest standards of practice.
Nowadays, with technology being essential in daily life, there is an "app" for pretty much everything and anything you want. Recently BACtrack, a breathalyzer brand trusted by schools, hospitals, and law enforcement, released a new form of breathalyzer called the BACtrack Mobile Breathalyzer. This new product is a compact breathalyzer, which costs around $150. It also has a mobile app anyone with a smart phone can download and use to track their blood alcohol content (BAC) whenever they've had an alcoholic beverage.
With warm weather just around the corner, people are starting to book vacations and put on their swimsuits and party hats. Lake Havasu City, Arizona has been the premier destination spot for spring breakers looking to have some fun. However, if you're headed toward the party city, be cautious because law enforcement in the area are taking serious actions towards drinking and driving, which can lead to jail time and loss of license.
On behalf of the Rosenstein Law Group we would like to welcome our newest attorney, Jefferson Simmons, to our DUI defense team. Jefferson received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Political Science from Westminster College in May of 2003. After his undergraduate degree he decided to pursue a law degree, at Syracuse University College of Law. While in school, Jefferson spent his summers at the prestigious law firm, Metz Lewis LLC, in Pittsburg, as a summer intern where he researched and wrote memorandum for law on a variety of topics and was involved in all aspects of pretrial litigation. Jefferson earned his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2006.

Craig Rosenstein and his attorneys at the Rosenstein Law Group hold the motto that, "one bad night should not ruin the rest of your life." The Arizona Republic recently did an article on Craig entitled, Attorney Protects Rights: Lawyer against DUI's, but for a fair process, highlighting him for his fight in defending his client's rights, and making sure those right are not violated.
If you find yourself in need of a lawyer, remember that quality counts. This is why having a lawyer who is Board Certified could make all the difference. Here at the Rosenstein Law Group, our very own Craig Rosenstein is a Board Certified DUI Defense lawyer, and he is passing along his knowledge to all of our attorneys.
Of course we cannot say enough good things about our "head honcho" Craig Rosenstein. He is an excellent lawyer, who is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and in our opinion should be anyone's number one pick for their DUI/DWI representation. However, our opinion may be just a little biased, so please don't take our word for it. Instead take a look at the evidence.
In May, Phoenix Magazine selected Craig Rosenstein for the award of Top Attorneys: Arizona Outstanding Young Lawyers of 2013. This award is voted on by peers, and awarded to an attorney that has shown impressive achievements and ethical standards in their field.
The 2013 data is in, and according to the Arizona Governor's Office of Highway Safety, the total number of DUIs in Arizona dropped for the first time in decades. The Office of Highway Safety coordinates a state wide task force specifically targeting drunk drivers. As shown in the chart below, most of the offenses the task force tracked decreased from 2012.
