An extreme DUI as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 28-1382 is to drive or be in actual physical control of a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more but less than 0.20 within two hours of driving, and the alcohol concentration results from alcohol consumed before or while being an actual physical control of the vehicle.
