Super Extreme: BAC>.2045 consecutive days in jail. Fines of $3,710. Interlock for 18 months. Possible community service and 30 days of continuous alcohol monitoring.180 days in jail with 90 served consecutively. $4,590 in fines. Interlock for 24 months if MVD determines prior DUI in seven years. 30 hours of community service. 90 or more days of continuous alcohol monitoring.
